26歲男子陳柏榕，在101年12月26日凌晨持槍到雲林君樂KTV，狙殺與彰化縣二林地區角頭詹益群、詹益宗兄弟有嫌隙的另名角頭許家豪，開了12槍將他當場斃命，被判刑14年6月確定，逃亡4年多，芳苑分局25日晚間執行掃黑行動擴大臨檢，發現陳男，當場逮捕。隨後在其住處搜出2把短槍與1把步槍，訊後依殺人與違反槍砲彈藥管條制移送彰化地檢署偵辦。
警方指出，詹氏兄弟原與許家豪為好友，因故鬧翻，許家豪憤而到詹氏兄弟家開槍示威，詹氏兄弟嚥不下這口氣，於101年12月26日得知許家豪行蹤後，指示手下陳柏榕等人到場狙殺，陳柏榕犯案後被最高法院判處14年半徒刑，不過他生性狡猾，一直躲過警方追緝。

芳苑分局王功所所長溫宗哲說，25日晚7點多臨檢時，包廂內有8名客人，其中陳柏榕（26歲）推說未帶證件就想開門離開，他擋下陳後清查資料，驚覺眼前這個樣貌年輕的男子竟是殺人通緝犯，連忙帶回偵辦。
1名資深刑警透露，陳柏榕當年犯槍擊案殺人時才22歲，為大哥殺人卻不手軟，殺人上車逃逸前，還朝被害人補槍，導致許家豪身中7槍當場身亡。陳男通緝多年，警方也在搜尋陳男下落，但陳男警覺性高，有次前往摩鐵攻堅時，陳男早一步跳窗逃亡，沒想到他竟在K歌時落網。
巧合的是，他當年就在這間KTV唱完歌後，率領小弟前往雲林殺人，如今也在這間KTV落網。警方前往其斗六住處搜索，在客廳內起出2把短槍、1把步槍與58發子彈；員警指出，當年陳柏榕與共犯被抓後，其他3名共犯都被羈押，之後判刑確定並接續執行，但陳柏榕未被羈押，判刑確定後持續逃亡，直到前晚落網，犯後已逃了4年多。
