簡介
Located 3.9 km from Hospital Serdang in Putrajaya, this air-conditioned apartment features a balcony and a garden. The unit is 5 km from MAEPS. Free private parking is available on site.
Featuring separate bedrooms, this apartment has a living and dining area, as well as a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator and a water dispenser. A flat-screen TV is offered. The master bedroom is fitted with an air conditioner and an en suite bathroom with heated shower facilities.
Guests have access to the apartment's facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness centre. A self-service laundromat is available 2 minutes away by car.
IOI City Mall Putrajaya Shopping Centre and Alamanda Putrajaya Shopping Centre are both within a 7-minute drive from the property. Putrajaya Central is 11 minutes away by car. Kuala Lumpur City Centre is 20 km from the property while Kuala Lumpur International Airport is 21 km away.
Cooking is not allowed.
Proper swimming attire is compulsory for swimming pool use. Wet clothes are not allowed on the elevators.
Access card is needed for access into any of the apartment facilities.
